Hapten’s manufacturing facility is located on the Mumbai-Nashik Highway, near the city of Thane, 33 km from the Mumbai airport. The modern manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and the necessary infrastructure to produce world-class products.  Hapten’s core strength lies in its core team of competent professionals and technology with years of proven experience.

Customers
Hapten caters to two distinct customer segments a) Clinical Allergists & b) Diagnostic Laboratories. In order to reach and cater to these two customer segments, we have created two business divisions, each focusing on their respective clientele.

Distributors
We know that we alone cannot take our products to every market and therefore partner with committed like-minded distributors, who are dedicated to create awareness of Hapten’s product portfolio and develop new market opportunities. To optimize service to our end users, we serve most markets typically by utilizing local distributors.
Our focus and endeavor are driven by the objective of building a strong & long-lasting relationship with our distributors. Distributors not only maintain ideal product storage conditions, without which technology fails to deliver its promised value but also maintain sufficient inventory at a local level, while ensuring deep penetration across geographical landscapes.
