Recruitment Process
1. Interested candidates must apply for a suitable job position by filling this form.
2. Shortlisted candidates will receive Video Interview Link for the first round of interview.
3. Selected candidates will then have to appear for “Technical Round” either in person or virtually. 4. Applicants shortlisted will be selected for “One-On-One” Personal Interview Session/Sessions. 5. Finally, selected candidates will be invited for a “Heart To Heart” Session. 6. If agreed mutually, the candidate will receive a formal “Letter Of Intent”. 7. If the proposed offer, terms & conditions are acceptable, formal documentation toward issuance of “Appointment Letter” will be initiated.
Hapten Internship
Hapten offers limited internship opportunities ranging from six to twelve months across different departments, broadly classified under three subgroups:
1. Technical Roles e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product Support, Quality Control, Laboratory Functions etc.
2. Semi-Technical Roles e.g. Manufacturing, Regulatory 3. Non-Technical Roles e.g. HR & General Administration, Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain Management etc. The idea behind offering internships is to provide young students opportunities to undertake live projects with us through a well-designed internship program and a clear focus to provide the interns practical real life exposure. During an internship with Hapten, each one of us work towards providing the interns with the knowledge and tools that will help a fresh candidate to familiarise with some of the best laboratory equipment, acquire knowledge and understand business practices as well as meet some of the finest experts in the industry. At Hapten, we understand that freshers rarely have the required clarity about real life industry functioning and knowledge to select a career path. It’s common to end up following others and / or deciding individual career roadmaps based on translucent perceptions. The Hapten Internship Program allows individuals to gain knowledge, exposure and clarity to take conscious decisions about their future.
